Description
Property Maintenance Technician responsible for the care and maintenance of office buildings and other properties, performing carpentry, painting, landscaping and minor renovations to keep properties in good condition.
Responsibilities
• Perform routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and perform preventive maintenance as needed
• Perform minor repairs and renovation work to upkeep properties
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment to keep the interior of the office building looking clean and professional
• Respond to repair requests quickly and with a professional manner
• Maintain a library of user manuals for office equipment, furniture and fixtures that can be referred to when needed
• Adhere to the company’s safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone
• Perform routine cleaning tasks based on a schedule created by the management team
Qualifications
• High School degree or equivalent
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High degree of professionalism
• Reliable and able to work some weekends if needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to lift objects up to 40 pounds
