Come Join Patricia Zanatta, PNW Division Director for Taub Family Companies as she takes us on a journey to the Piedmont region of Italy. Patricia discovered a great passion for wines and graduated with distinction with the WSET- Wine & spirit Education Trust, followed by a diploma with the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers. Patricia has worked in the wine industry for over 20 years in a range of roles, from Sommelier to General Manager at Todd English's original Bonfire Steakhouse in Boston, to Senior Director at Canoe restaurant in Toronto, Food & Beverage Director at The Drake Hotel in Toronto and finally Portfolio and Sales Manager at Gravel Road Distributing. She became a Cavaliere della Valpolicella in 2018, honored by the Italian Government and she is part of the Brotherhood of wines of Portugal. She will be educating and sharing some of the greatest wines being produced today in this northern region of Italy and we have paired them with a wonderful menu focused on Truffles!
