This workout will promote flexibility, strength and relaxation with intervals of Beating the drum and Shaking Tree Leaves for cardiovascular. The Muscle Changer improves Flexibility,Internal and External Qi improve relaxation/reduced anxiety and improve joint mobility. The Turtle sequence improves spinal health and we perform a balance routine and muscular strengthening, ending with the 8 Brocades a combination of all. This routine can be done separately or together, sequences include flexibility, strength, muscular skeletal mobility and cardiovascular ending with reflection relaxation.
TaiChi for Health /Rehabilitation
This routine includes a head to toe warm up involving dynamic stretches to promote mobility and
improve balance. The TaiChi routine includes coordination of upper and lower body with lateral &
forward stepping with a focus on weight shifting. We close the routine with regenerative moves to draw
energy out to the surface.
Qigong for Health
This routine is focused on deep breathing and relaxation to promote mind and body awareness. It is a
guided meditation focusing on our internal and external Qi (energy)
