Description

The successful Maintenance Manager candidate will be skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving across trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and grounds maintenance. The candidate should be proficient with Microsoft office products and comfortable navigating the web to research parts, supplies, repair methods, and contractors. The property is an industrial warehouse property, and the position is supported by a range of pre-qualified contractors for support in specific trades. The position will oversee the activities of the maintenance associate; support tenant and worker safety; foster positive relationships with tenants and tenant employees; assure timely and quality repairs and improvements; provide task updates; and report parts and supply spending. The successful candidate should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
