Based at Fairchild Air Force Base. As a custodian, you will perform janitorial duties as directed by a crew supervisor and/or management. You will clean inside buildings and restrooms by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting, among other custodial duties. Education/Experience: - We prefer applicants with at least six months custodial experience, but this is not a requirement. - You must have respect and empathy for individuals with disabilities. Other Requirements: - Must pass background check. - Must pass Fairchild Air Force Base Federal Background check. - Must have or be willing to obtain an enhanced ID or passport to gain base access. - Must be 18 years of age and valid driver's license with safe driving record is helpful but not required. - Preference will be given to those with documented disabilities. -Please note we follow WA State and Federal guidelines for mask wearing, vaccine compliance, and social distancing to protect our employees and those we serve. -Minorities, women, veterans, and people with disabilities are encouraged to apply. Compensation & Benefits This is an hourly paid position and pay is issued every two weeks. As required by the Service Contract Act, Skils'kin pays an additional fringe benefit amount per hour toward the employee's health and welfare benefits which includes options for medical, dental, life insurance, and 401K.
