Event Description: We want to celebrate National Women's Day by getting outside and getting moving! We will be using the natural winter weather of the Rockies in the cold, morning winter air! Women of Colorado will be guiding the group on a low intensity hike for all ability levels, followed by a cold yoga and guided meditation session.
Merrell will have Demo shoes available to try out for the hike so please arrive on time to try out a new pair on the trail! There will be hot coffee and tea available to get everyone going, as well as some local trail snacks for fuel. Please RSVP to the event to be entered into the raffle for some prizes and also please let us know your shoe size!

This event is a play on cryotherapy and cold therapy, using the natural air and cold water of winter in the Rockies to promote a host of health and wellness benefits naturally. Cold therapy for just a few minutes a day can have all sorts of benefits on the body. It helps with immune function, promotes energy throughout the day, improves metabolism and weight loss, improves cardiovascular circulation, promotes better sleep, improves mood and clarity throughout the day, and decreases inflammation for soreness, aches, or pain.
