Background Info For Sound and Touch Therapy: Sound therapy is healing and relaxing, with benefits that include reduced stress, better focus and clearer thinking, more energy, improved sleep, and can help lower blood pressure and cholesterol too. Forest therapy, the simple act of just being in nature can provide many of the same benefits and can be used together with natures sound therapy. The act of grounding oneself by simply touching and holding things around you in nature such as a rock, leaf, or tree can have additional relaxation and health benefits. Using natures natural healing sounds we would use nature therapy by way of rivers, birds, or simply leaves rustling in the breeze in conjunction with touch and low-key movement to provide a relaxing and grounding experience.
