Hello, I am looking for a property to rent. I’m relocating from Ohio to Florida to be with family. I am looking for a home with at least 3 bedrooms (can settle with 2, if big enough) and someone who will allow me to bring my business with me, my dogs. I’m a full time cane corso (Italian mastiff) dog breeder, along with being a certified personal trainer/ fitness nutritionist, and a server. I have four dogs as of of now and they are my full time job, raising and selling dogs. The only reason as why I am not back down in Florida yet is due to my dogs, they’re large and several people have rejected me due to this. I have several references, from my current landlord, to buyers of puppies, personal and professional references to vouch that I am legit, and that your property, and your home will be well taken care of. I take very good care of my home/property and if given the opportunity, you will not regret renting a property out to me. A little about me, I’m a single mother of three, I serve part time and have been serving for forever (money’s great). I’ve also obtained my certification in personal training as well as fitness nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle is what myself and my kids practice. I also have been breeding dogs for about 10 years. I breed a powerful breed of dog, the cane corso, or also known as the Italian mastiff. My dog business is my main method of my income, as I breed full time, having litters of puppies and sell them to buyers all over the country, as well as other countries. I have many references to back all of this up. Money will never be an issue, rent, utilities, will be paid accordingly and on time, every time. I’m just looking for someone who will give me and chance and allow me to bring my dogs with me and to continue to expand my business from Ohio to Florida.
