Participate in a featured Open House event or just come in and enjoy on your own: a game of Pickleball, a workout, or a swim in our beautiful indoor or outdoor pools, open year round. Bring family and friends and have a fun-filled day at the YMCA! Please RSVP and complete the Guest Waiver in advance of your visit. 8am - Body Strength with Melinda in Studio A 10am - Barbell Strength with Kathy B in Studio A 4:30pm - Family Boot camp with David in Studio A *Kid friendly* 2p - 4p Family Swim!
