In this class you will learn the beauty and basics of making pasta from scratch. We will make lasagna, ravioli and linguini. Come hungry. People often ask what my favorite thing to bake is. I have such a hard time answering that! I love to bake so many things! But when they ask me my favorite thing to cook it is always pasta! In our house every Sunday we make homemade pasta and everyone devours it. This class will go though making linguini, ravioli and lasagna all from pasta we will make side by side. It is a hands on class, so make sure to come ready to get your hands messy, but even more importantly come hungry!
