A Day to Empower, Embrace & Celebrate EMPOWER others to feel confident and dignified when it comes to "that time of the month" Join us for a day of service as we prepare Period Packs for spring distribution. EMBRACE the power of meditation & CELEBRATE your journey and goals with a vision board. Guest speaker Jennifer Pacione , health coach and yoga instructor from A Heart of Greens will guide us through the process. Little Red Barn Door will be open for browsing and shopping  Go With the Flow is 501c3 nonprofit organization with a mission to provide individuals experiencing homelessness or living with financial limitations within Kane County with vital menstrual products, new underwear and toiletries.  Our goal is to positively enable individuals to provide for their own menstrual and personal hygiene allowing them to feel confident and dignified.
