I'm out between Smithville and Paige. Moved out here helping an elderly family member. They're now respectfully gone and we're trying to buy the land to stay out here. We're seeking all sorts of revenue sources to achieve our goal. We've thought about it long and hard and we are able to offer after school care to a child of preferably 8+ years. We currently have an almost 10 month old (ours). An 8 year old son and 10 year old daughter (homeschooled, ours). Can pick up from school and provide after school care at our home for a child 8+years. We are not equipped for special needs. My husband repairs cars to stay at home with our children, if your child has an interest they might bust their knuckles and that requires a liability waiver. I work overnight and will technically be home but asleep unless an emergency occurs. Still adjusting my schedule but two adults will be on site. We are on 5 acres, about 2 acres cleared. Trampoline will require a liability waiver. Soon to have rabbits and chickens. Already have cats and dogs. Liability wavers for all. Can offer meals and after school peace of mind, After all we've kept our eldest alive for 10 years 😅 We can submit to background checks ✔️
