Mixed Media Mondays: Intuitive Mandalas Create a mandala unique to you, experimenting with different mediums and materials, as well as your intuition, symbols and words that you are drawn to. Meditative and meaningful, the art of mandala-making uses repetitive marks, symbols and colors that can inspire us and calm the nervous system. Through the act of making, we can access deeper understandings of ourselves, our connections to one another and to the natural world. All supplies are included but if you would like to bring something special to add, or your favorite mark making tools, please feel free.
