Peach the Hedgehog

Hello! Last year I was given a hedgehog by a neighbor who was about to move and knew that I fostered animals. I hoped that she would be a good fit here, however I just don't know if her and I fully mesh. She is sweet, but I guess the best way to describe her is not well socialized. She isn't the type of hedgehog to sit with you while you watch a movie, she will mostly run across your hands and likes to run around her playpen. I already have a chameleon and various other animals and work, so I feel bad that I may not have the time and devotion that someone else could give her. Like I said she is pretty timid and not the best socialized, so I don't want someone to be expecting the perfect friendly hedgehog. However, I feel like if she had someone she really connected with who gave her lots of time she could definitely be a great hedgehog. I am really only willing to give her to someone who is either experienced with hedgehogs or experienced with rescuing out of the norm animals. It has been difficult for me to trim her nails which is also why I say I would prefer she goes to someone experienced as she can puff up during this time. I am willing to negotiate on her adoption cost, I just really want to make sure she goes to someone who is truly going to give her a good life. Or if anyone knows of any good rescues it would be incredible help to know that as well. Like I said her name is Peach :) Thank you so much for your time reading this and any help. Leah
