This class will be taught by Rachael Tucker, an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist!
For this class, we will focus on activating your deep core muscles, including:
- Transverse abdominis (deepest ab muscle)
- Diaphragm
- Pelvic floor
Our deep core muscles are under active in most of us because we’ve never been taught how to work them! Through diaphragmatic breathing techniques, you will learn how to activate your deep core muscles while lying down, and then practice using these muscle while going through different exercises.
By strengthening these muscles, you will be able to:
⭐️Decrease stress
⭐️Increase oxygen intake
⭐️Tighten your abs
⭐️Prevent/Heal diastisis recti
(abdominal separation from pregnancy)
⭐️Decrease back pain
⭐️Improve form during workouts
⭐️Exercise more efficiently!
