Press release from Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce: 2022-02-10 Tired of Valentine's clichés? Do things differently! Roses droop. Chocolates get eaten. Teddies slump on the bedside table. Give them what they actually want – an upcoming event or theatre production, an art class or gallery exhibition! Share the Love: Dueling Pianos Dinner Under the Stars Monday, February 14 • This Valentine's Day, share the love and enjoy an interactive outdoor dueling piano concert with a catered buffet dinner benefiting two great organizations: the Alliance for the Arts and Our Mother's Home. Tickets are $50 per person and include dinner, dessert, entertainment and a champagne toast. Online Wine & Paint Night with David Acevedo Wednesday, February 16 • Make it it a one-of-a-kind "I love you!" A Valentine's Day gift worthy of an XO, come belly up to the brush bar and paint along virtually with creative genius David Acevedo! For one night only, enjoy an evening of creating and clinking while wearing your comfy pants! David will take you through the steps to create your one of a kind masterpiece to fill that empty wall space you've been staring at. Pour a drink, grab a snack and settle in for an exciting night of sipping and swirling Outside Mullingar by John Patrick Shanley and directed by Bill Taylor Performances February 17 – 27 • A "softhearted comedy freckled with dark reflections" (The New York Times) by the author of Moonstruck and Doubt. Near Killucan, Ireland, Tony Reilly schemes to sell the family farm and disinherit his son, Anthony. Standing in his way is a small plot of land belonging to the neighbor, Rosemary—and her long-simmering grudge.
