Customer Phone Support Representative for Nintendo **Must live within 50 miles of Redmond, WA to pick-up required equipment for role** Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00 per hour* Location: Remote (Redmond, WA) Employment Type: Contract Schedule: Hours of operations are 6:00am - 7:00pm, seven days a week, must be available to work any full time (32-40 hours per week) schedule within these business hours (more details below) *This role starts as a Tier 1 Customer Service Representative at $18.00/hour but is intended for uptraining and promotion into CS3 (Tier 3) once eligible based on individual performance and business need, typically within the first 11-month contract. You will take pride in sticking close by the customers and provide them with detailed communication as they explore the trials and tribulations of their Nintendo products. Bonus points if you glow!
