HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Meet Patch's Adorable Adoptable Pets of the Week available from the Howard County Animal Control and Adoption Center. Two-year-old Muffin is a sweet, laid back kitty who enjoys gentle attention. She's a friendly Mackerel with tabby markings. Muffin has a cute face and likes to watch what you are doing. She enjoys walking around to explore and afterward will sit in your lap for attention. She makes biscuits with her paws while you pet her gently and she enjoys taking a cat nap in a soft cat bed. Mochachino happens to be a 7-month-old female mixed breed that looks like she may be part Lab and American pit bull terrier. With a friendly personality, Mochachino weighs 20 pounds, so she'll likely be medium-sized when full grown. She's curious, playful and loves to play with bouncing toys. She's quite smart and is food motivated when training. Due to landlord and insurance pet policies, Mochachino's newest family must own their own home and a fenced yard is required, although exceptions may be made.
