We offer the right Candidate: Great company atmosphereFlexible hoursA fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in the credit union/banking industryCompetitive SalaryGenerous paid time off and holidaysBonuses Responsibilities: Manager and run Panther Credit Union (PCU), a branch located in Oswego High school, and used to teach High school students banking and financial readiness.Train PCU students to function as Tellers, understand basic credit union knowledge and to promote Credit Union products.Reach out schedule and present financial information to organizations and schools.Work with students to create a member service and sales culture.Participate and manage community wellness and youth special events – some are held after normal work hours.Develop and present webinar/seminar content.Assist marketing with event planning and set-up.Researcher and review platforms for the credit union.Assist at community events.Understanding of credit union operations.Assist/recommend new products/services and marketing programs. Requirements College Degree in Marketing/Education or in progress preferred.Bank Teller experience a plus.Comfortable speaking in front of groups.Strong presentation skills.Thorough knowledge of Microsoft office software including Outlook, Power Point, Excel and Word.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Customer service experience preferred.Reliable transportation.Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
