Keywood Manor MHP is hiring for a maintenance person to maintain the grounds and park-owned facilities. Work mostly outdoors in a friendly and welcoming environment. Full-time with overtime opportunities.
We are looking for individuals that are responsible self-starters that can work well within a team as well as independently. Candidates with property management experience would be ideal, although we're willing to train the right candidate.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Basic landscape maintenance
- Grounds & property maintenance including trash removal, etc
- Basic to intermediate plumbing and electrical repairs
- Facility maintenance, including well water compliance & operation
- Machine and small engine maintenance
- Emergency utility repairs
- Projects include plowing, digging, painting, carpentry, fence building, etc
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
- At least 2 years experience working in a trade, maintenance position, or other relevant work experience.
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
- Customer service, positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
Compensation: Starting at $20.00 per hour, however willing to pay more based on experience. 401k, vision, dental, and paid time off.
