Full Time Position Available Highland Ridge Stables Is looking for someone to join our team. We specialize in training American Saddlebreds and teaching Saddleseat horseback riding lessons. We take pride in our beautiful property and quality horses. Requirements: 5-6 days a week 18 years and older with a valid driver’s license Must be confident/comfortable working around horses Must be reliable and on time Must have prior experience with horses No drugs, drama, or whining Must keep up at a good pace and have nice work ethic One paid trial week before being hired is preferred. This is a horse stables and there is ALWAYS something to do. A typical day includes: Feeding Cleaning stalls Full-grooming Sweeping Laundry Tacking horses up for work, this knowledge is helpful if you know already but we will train the right person You will get dirty working at the barn. Monday through Friday is needed. During horse show season weekend feedings, cleaning, and other care will be needed. Pay will be based on experience, knowledge, and work ethic. Only serious inquires please. If you are not prepared for farm work or being on your feet the majority of the day then do not apply.
