Found: Distinctive single-speed bike

I am either a hero — or a bike thief. Earlier tonight I went out to take a walk and saw a bike lying in the creek bed near our house. Now, my gut is 93% sure it was stolen and dumped, so we escorted it into safe storage. We looked around for a person attached to the bike for about ten minutes, but saw no one. (And I'm SO sorry if I'm the bike thief! I figured the upside of being the hero beat the downside of someone being annoyed withe me but ultimately getting their bike back.) 😆 To narrow it down — this bike is labeled as being part of a bike riding group. True to that group, the bike has several identifiable features. If you can tell me what part of the bike is light blue, what part is bright green, how I know the group you belong to, or any other details that prove it's yours, drop me a message!
