My sister moved out of town and dumped her gecko on me, usually wouldn’t be a problem because I have my own geckos but he’s going through shed rn and seems to have stuck shed on face and toes and toes seem necrotic and he won’t let me handle him and I’m not quite equipped to handle that so just looking for someone that could take him and help him pls and thank you, prefer text message
