My spring schedule is filling up fast and I'm looking for a 4th member to join my team. We do mostly residential shingles with an occasional rubber job. All of our work is done within a 45 minute drive of Dover, so no long hauls and we typically work an 8 to 9 hour day with a paid lunch and occasionally weekends.
