Now hiring an experienced building maintenance technician to join our maintenance team! This is a full time, Monday through Friday position with on call responsibilities. Job duties will include but are not limited to; daily property upkeep, litter and trash pick-up, painting, landscaping, appliance diagnostic and repair, drain and plumbing repair, electrical repairs, sheet rock repair, cabinet repair, gutter and roofing repairs, flooring repairs, framing repairs, siding repair and replacement, snow and ice removal, and apartment turnovers. Experience operating equipment is preferred. Successful applicants will show good written and verbal skills and great customer service skills. Applicants must pass a criminal background screening and complete fair housing training prior to employment.
