Outside Services Position: Come join our golf team with the best job ever! Beautiful outdoor setting, friendly people, great perks! Members of the Outside Service Team are responsible for assuring exceptional, first-class service for our members and accompanied guests. Outside Service Team Members must give a positive first impression of the club as well as contribute to maintaining a functional course through member assistance, cleaning of golf carts, and other appointed tasks. Key responsibilities of the Outside Services Attendant: - Follow Outside Services Daily Checklist. - Staging and stocking golf with full sand bottles, towels, tees, scorecards, and ice. - Setup driving range, ensure targets are on range and setup short game areas. - Range attendant is responsible for re-stocking stations as needed, picking golf balls and cleaning balls. - Assist members with loading golf bags on carts and any other requests. - Assist golf shop with any other member needs such as food delivery, replace carts on course and staging clubs on carts. - Responsible for cleaning and detailing all golf carts, laundering towels, and storing member clubs and push carts. - Keep bag room/cart barn clean and always organized. - Clubs must be cleaned at the end of each round. - Most importantly, have fun, have a positive attitude, have a strong work ethic and willing to work on a team. Job Requirements: - Able to work 3-5 shifts per week. May require additional hours during events and holidays. - General knowledge of Golf Course operations. - Must be available for weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings. - Ability to lift over 35 lbs. - Excellent customer service. - Must have access to email to receive schedules and any updates or announcements. - Seasonal work only.
