Description: As a Print Production Team Member, you will assist in the production of hard and soft cover print titles. The main purpose of the position is to assist in the use of our book binder and hardcover machine. Ensuring the quality and assembly of these processes is the main goal. Attention for detail and multitasking is a must. Primary Responsibilities: • Loading Book blocks (under 50lbs) • Monitoring and quality checking the print production line • Working the Book Binder and Hardcover machines • Producing Hardcovers • Printing and labeling finished titles • Cleaning and maintaining workstations for next shift • Communication Requirements: • High School diploma or equivalent • Basic computer knowledge, knowledge of Microsoft Excel a plus • Timeliness / Detail Oriented / Reliable • Knowledge of common Warehouse procedures • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to prioritize and take initiative within task assignments • Able to adapt to quickly shifting priorities and deadlines • Ability to meet attendance guidelines
