Regular Full-Time Lincoln City, OR, US Salary Range: $35.0000 To 50.0000 Hourly Position Summary Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal in commercial and industrial buildings. Essential Functions • Installs, repairs, and maintains pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal in commercial and industrial buildings. • Performs preventive maintenance on all plumbing systems. • Diagnoses plumbing problems and takes appropriate action to correct deficiencies. Plumbing includes: supply lines, sewer lines, grease traps, plumbing fixtures, toilets, boilers, hot water heaters, etc. • Installs new additional lines, fixtures or related equipment as needed. • Cleans and maintains equipment, tools, work sites and shop. • Operates a variety of hand power tools in a safe and effective manner. • Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations. • Understands and complies with Facilities Department and Casino policies and procedures. • All other duties as assigned. Education High School diploma or GED Experience 5 years plumbing experience State of Oregon Journeyman Plumber license Computer Skills Microsoft Office beginner level including Word, Excel, and Outlook Certificates & Licenses Must maintain a Driver’s License Must obtain a Siletz Tribal Gaming License
