Apartment Groundskeeper - $500.00 SIGN ON BONUS Monarch Investment and Management Group, a.k.a “Monarch” is growing in Columbus, OH and bringing The Edge at Arlington Apartments into the Monarch family. We are looking for a Groundskeeper to help ensure the community looks it’s best. The Groundskeeper is responsible for the overall upkeep of the property landscape and the exterior image (Curb Appeal). Duties include, but are not limited to maintaining of the lawns, driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, interior and exterior hallways, or any other public areas as well as maintenance of property flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas. Monarch has been actively involved in Multifamily Housing investment since 1992. Unlike many of our peers we are not a real estate investment trust but privately owned by people who actually care. We currently own and manage over 68,000 apartments in 21 states, making us the 9th largest multifamily owner in the country. In addition, Monarch operates a nationally franchised hotel and a ski and snowboard resort.
