Seeking Musicians for Original Indie/Pop/Rock Band

I'm a keyboardist/vocalist looking to form a band with musicians interested in writing and performing original music in the genres of modern indie/pop/rock genre (pop/folk is also a consideration). I'm specifically looking to write songs with good singable melodies and music that must be able to be reproduced in live performance. I'm not interested in the hip-hop genre, or dark/death/melancholy influences or collaborating online. Tell me about yourself, your experience. Singer-Songwriters a plus!
