Full- and Part-Time Gardeners Wanted Petals Gardening is looking for full- and part-time Gardeners. We typically start work in mid-April, Mon-Fri but we are also open to a 4-day work week. Petals is a fun, friendly, educational, efficient and professional company to work with. Most of our work is in beautiful residential Bozeman gardens with wonderful clients. Gardening includes but is not limited to weeding and deadheading spent flowers in perennial gardens, scouting for pests and help clients manage them, communicating garden needs with clients, planting, dividing and transplanting perennials, and adding mulch, fertilizer and other amendments to gardens. We need Gardeners who are passionate about plants, have local plant knowledge or are eager to learn, enjoy working outdoors, have efficiency and prioritization skills, and have a clean driving record.
