Description
In need of a QUALIFIED trim carpenter to install 250 linear ft of baseboard. You must be experienced in the craft of finish carpentry. •Inside corners must be coped to fit. •Baseboards must be nailed to walls using a finish nailer with qty 2 - 2 inch finish nails 16 inch on center. •Top of baseboards caulked as well as corners, nailes will be filled with wood filler or spackle. •All baseboards will be placed either 1/2 inch or 5/8 inch above subfloor using shims. (Will determine this beforehand.) •You must provide a price for the complete job. •When you can come and do the job. •How long the job will take you to complete. Please tell me if you use a miter saw stand for cuts. (I feel it is required for accuracy.) Baseboards, caulk, filler supplied by owner. Carpenter to supply proper spec nails, and all tools necessary to complete work. Payment will be provided upon completion of work. Thank you
