Looking for serious indie/alternative musicians

I'm looking to start a serious band (record, tour) with some talented musicians who have the same goals as I do. I can play just about any instrument, but I would prefer the guitar. My influences include: The Pixies Midwest Emo Weezer (blue album to be specific) Shoegaze bands (nothing, whirr) Pop Punk/alternative (The Wonder Years, etc) Basically 90's and some newer alternative music I'm very influenced by 90's music, but I want to create, not recycle from genres that are already established. Let's be our own genre. Please do not reply to this ad if you're not willing to take this seriously. Let's have fun, but also establish a career. You get what you put into music. My only rules are: No hard drugs Don't miss a bunch of practice (stuff happens, this is based on context)
