Just Sprinklers, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Install Manager who is energetic, and possess an enthusiastic, strong, and stable foundation to lead, inspire and develop staff while representing the core values of the Company. Pay DOE. Skills and Abilities: *Will direct and supervise the install staff and day to day operations of the Install department to ensure delivery of quality customer service and achievement of sales and productivity goals *Proficiency with landscape installation methods in all aspects of high-end residential landscapes and their installation from planting large trees, installing irrigation systems, troubleshooting, managing quality control, various landscaping skills and techniques *To work with people continuously as they learn new skills and perform quality work, and the ability to bring patience, compassion, and boldness to the workplace *Coordinate the procurement and scheduled use of resources such as labor, equipment, and materials to ensure maximum use and completion of work *Coach team members to develop long-term relationships and have excellent customer communication *Ensure company property and materials are well cared for *Provide recommendations for promotion and salary adjustments Position requirements: *A minimum of 5 years’ experience in landscape installation *Minimum of 5 years' of experience in irrigation *Minimum of 5 years’ experience supervising field installation crews *Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment *Strong work ethic *Effective oral and written communication skills *Be able to work well within a team atmosphere who can motivate team members *Must operate machinery such as trenchers, skid steer, dingo, truck and trailer *Current valid driver's license and clean driving record for the past 6 months is REQUIRED. *Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. *Flexibility within the hours of 7:30am and 8:00pm.
