Employment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced recycling technician / warehouse worker to fill an opening at a recycling company located in Johnstown, CO. The ideal candidates should be comfortable using machines to process plastics and carboard. Requirements of the Recycling Technician / Warehouse Worker: - Able to lift up to 50lbs. regularly - Able to stand on your feet for long periods of time - Able to work in a hot & cold environment - Forklift experience is a plus, but not required - Able to pass a drug screen - Posses soft skills and can be reliable - Have reliable transportation - Willing to work in a team environment - Equipment experience a HUGE PLUS but not required for all positions - Must be authorized to work in the United States Benefits of the Recycling Technician / Warehouse Worker: - Flexible Hours - Weekly Pay - Full Time - Long-Term, Contract-to-Hire - Early Check Program (with a fee) - Referral Program (can earn up to 1,000 dollars by just referring your friends!) - Attendance Program (can earn up to 1,000 dollars just by showing up to work!) - Health Insurance Responsibilities of the Recycling Technician / Warehouse Worker: - Operate machines (balers) to process materials - Operate a forklift, as need & if trained - Load and unload materials - Any other work-related duties assigned by supervisor - Show up with a positive and can do attitude Multiple shifts available! $14/hour!
