Experienced Automotive Technician/ Mechanic (GM Preferred) job Transmission and/or Diesel experience desired Paul Masse Buick GMC South in South Kingstown, RI has an opening in our busy Service Department for Experienced Technicians. We are a family-owned dealership with a great reputation. We are a very busy shop with state-of-the-art facilities in need of a quality technician with a focus on customer satisfaction and long relationships. Experienced Automotive Technician/ Mechanic must: Be team-oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service Have working knowledge of shop equipment (such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.) Be able to diagnose and repair GM automotive systems including engines, steering, brakes, suspension, transmission, air conditioning, etc. Have strong Automotive knowledge Maintain sufficient personally-owned tools in good working order Have a valid Driver’s License Technician Compensation: A Technicians earn $31 to $36 per hour* B Technicians earn $24 to $30 per hour* C Technicians earn $17 to $23 per hour* Lube Technicians earn $14 to $16 per hour* *based on experience and certifications We will contribute towards your student loans while you work for us!
