Dimeo Properties, Inc. is looking for an experienced maintenance worker for the beautiful location of Spring Green at Gaspee Point in Warwick! Duties include, but are not limited to; daily maintenance of the property and the interior of the rental homes, plowing during winter months, performing on call/after hour work orders, etc. This position requires an individual who works well with others, as they will be working side by side with our current maintenance employee and the management staff.
