Job Posting University of Colorado Boulder Medical Services Job Title: Massage Therapist Position Summary: We are looking for a massage therapist to join our integrative care team of acupuncture, chiropractic, nutrition and physical therapy for the CU Boulder campus. This is an independent position that requires an experienced massage therapist who can perform a variety of massage techniques ranging from deep to light tissue, and capable of 45-minute massages. The ability to foster ongoing therapeutic relationships with returning patients is preferred. This position may be at two locations on the CU campus, the CU Rec Center and CU Medical Services. We will provide marketing and appointment bookings, as well as, a table and basic needs. The position requires: • Thorough knowledge of a variety of massage techniques to meet clients’ requests. • Competent in computer skills for electronic medical records. • Interpersonal skills to maintain professional relationships with peers, patients and management. Work Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays (10:00 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) and Tuesday and Thursday 1:00 – 5:00. including (4) 45-minute massages per shift. Increasing hours based on patient demand and schedule building. Requirements: Licensed Massage Therapist – LMT Compensation Range: $30 to $34 per hour Special Conditions Required: Background check and confirmation of licensure.
