Looking for a tortoise

Our family would like to open our home to a new tortoise. We thought we would offer here first before we adopt one from the pet store. Yes, we expect to pay a re-homing fee. (Not expecting hand outs.) We are open to any breed (?) and realize this is a long term commitment. (Our "kids" are outdoors/nature lovers and have already agreed to care for our Sulcata when we are no longer able to.) We are willing to drive up to an hour if needed. Thank you for reading.
