Roofer needed to patch roof

My tenant reported a leaky ceiling in the back bedroom, more than likely because of the snow and heavy rain we had recently. The roof isn't that old but I don't remember how old either, I think less than 7. My brother is a roofer but he's out of commission right now. I'm looking for someone who's L&I and can take pics for me to see what needs to be done.
