We are a small house cleaning company looking for high quality house cleaners to join our team! We specialize in residential cleaning for the Downtown Seattle and surrounding neighborhoods. Because of our great reputation, inquiries for our services are always pouring in, and we would like to hire and train as soon as possible. We are looking for candidates who possess honesty, professionalism, integrity and who can self-manage successfully. Candidates MUST have a smart phone, connection to the internet, possess reliable personal transportation, live within or near our service area, and be able to pass a background check. We are looking for both full time team members (Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm) and/or part time team members (8:00 am to 5:30 pm, 1-4 days a week). Hourly training wage is $20.00 per hour for an 8 week training period. A review, raise and healthcare benefits can be expected after 8 weeks of exceptional work. Applicants with previous house cleaning or housekeeping experience and who display proficiency will start at a higher hourly rate and have an expedited training period. Other compensation include tips, and $25 gas card which are provided with each paycheck paid biweekly, so total hourly compensation can equal between $20 and $23 per hour to start. HEALTHCARE BENEFITS provided for full time employees who work at least 30 hours per week, and eligibility begins at completion of the training period. Our office kitchen is always stocked with free food and beverages! We also offer PAID TIME OFF. All lunch breaks and drive time between jobs are PAID TIME.
