Old guy driving crazy on Arthur

There was a guy with a white mustache driving a white work van on Arthur today and he was brake checking the car behind him, pulled over into the shoulder more than once and then swerved back into traffic. He was clearly trying to cause an accident with a girl driving a black SUV. IF YOU ARE THAT GIRL: I was behind you guys all the way from Broadway and I have dashcam footage from the first time he cut you off until he turned left into campus. It includes his license plate. Email me if you need it— it looked like he might have made you barely rear end him at one point.
