Tate Construction is a very small but growing Family Owned & Operated Construction Company. We specialize in building/constructing Pole Barns all over the Norther Colorado area. We focus on staying 1 hour within Fort Collins Colorado but we do have the occasional jobs that can be up to 2 hours (very rare). We also have traveled into Montana/Northern Wyoming areas to build but this does not happen often. But willingness to travel is a Plus! (and will always have a pay raise/per diem. -(90 Day incentive bonus) Once you hit 90 days with us we will give a bonus on your performance. THIS IS A 1099 POSITION--- !!!!LIABILITY INSURANCE IS REQUIRED!!!! (I can help set this up and it will run around 40$ monthly) EXPERIENCE PREFERED (BUT NOT REQUIRED) willing to train We are looking for young, hard working motivated individuals to join our team/crew in constructing pole barns. We build these barns from the ground up, some examples of tasks needed to be performed are: -Setting Posts -Framing (we use ALL battery powered nailers/saws/etc) -Setting Trusses (We set all our own trusses, so be able to carry up to 20ft 2x4s up trusses and nail on is a must) -Climbing Skills and not being afraid of heights is a must -Willing to work off ladders and man lifts -Operation of Heavy Equipment is a plus! ( We use Skidsteers and man lifts daily) -Sheet metal/ J-channel etc -ATTENTION TO DEATAIL -Ability to carry up to 80+lbs consistantly -Be friendly and work well with others.
