Colorado Cleanup Corporation is 100% employee owned and growing. We offer better pay and benefits than all our competitors. As a Demolition, Earthwork, and remediation contractor we usually have 10 or more projects in process at any one time, and work mostly along the front range, but occasionally have out of town jobs. Our employees work overtime as needed, and get safety and year end bonuses, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, 401K matching, vacation, holiday, sick leave, and short term disability.
Your assignments from day to day will depend on the needs of the work, your experience, work ethic and attitude. Common tasks are shovel work, sweeping, flagging, fire hose dust suppression, lifting and sorting debris and acting as a spotter. The supervisor will make sure everyone has the training for any task before assigning work. Safety Always. We promote from within as much as possible. All of our supers started as laborers.
