Electrician Needed for simple Light Kit for Ceiling fan install

I have a light kit that needs to be installed on a ceiling fan. It's just 2 wires but for some reason it won't work for me. I also have an outdoor house light that I can't get the light bulb to unscrew out so I can replace it. It just keeps spinning.
