* We are a 14-year property management company and are looking to identify and select several properties in the Muncie / Anderson area between February 14 and 28 that we can buy and add to our portfolio. * For that, we need a someone who knows the area well and once we have a property that we are interested in buying can go there and look at the property for us / take some pictures. * This is a short-term gig. You can do much or as little as you want, but a few hours total will be enough. This is a side income gig, which means we are fine if you can do it after your regular job or on the weekend. It doesn’t need to be on a specific day or at a specific time, as long as it is within the next 2 weeks. * If you are interested, we will talk to you first and explain more details. It takes a couple of minutes to determine if it’s a fit for you and us. No need to go to a bunch of properties. We go about this very targeted. We can usually figure out over the phone with a seller if it will work or not. Only if it sounds like it will work, we will need to go to the property and verify that everything checks out and that's what we need pictures for. We will tell you exactly how to go about the whole thing. It's simple. * The pay will depend on the number of tasks you are able to complete for us. If you’re just making some contacts and looking at the property for us / getting us pictures, then we pay $500 to you per property we buy. If you’re able to take a closer look at the property for us and maybe go there a couple of times so we can get everything ready for closing, we will increase the pay above $500, with a max. of $1,000. * If you do well, we will consider you again for upcoming gigs or even on an ongoing basis. Either way, it is a side gig. It won’t keep you from doing your regular job. * Send us a quick message if you're interested and available and include the best number to reach you at.
