Full time positions available - starting this spring and work until snow flies generally. Job Duties: *Prepare truck for the following days job *Tear out concrete and digging dirt for site prep *Setting up forms, pounding stakes and nailing boards, reading levels for fall *Pouring concrete - which includes pouring, puddling, pulling screed, running a bull float, edging, and finishing *Clean up job site - pulling boards and back filling so home owners have a complete finished product *Must have general knowledge of concrete tools and hand tools in the trade *Average 40 hours with overtime paid over 40 hours/week *Running wheel barrows Qualified applicants must have: *Reliable transportation to and from job site each day *Valid Drivers License *Past experience is a plus but not needed *Ability to learn *Great customer service skills as we work directly with home owners *Ability to lift 50+ lbs *Ability to work in the heat, wind, rain *Ability to work hard days Applicant must be drug free. Benefits: *Compensation based on experience. $16-$22/hour *Safety boot allowance Company: Grimm Concrete Services Inc. is a small locally owned business. We do all flat work primarily for residential clients, with some commercial. Tear out and replace and new construction. We work all around the metro but primarily on the north and west sides of the metro.
