Summary: This position is responsible for shipping and general warehouse labor in a climate-controlled environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Perform daily shipping activities via FedEx, UPS, USPS, and LTL carriers · Assist packaging associates and minimizes downtime between assignments · Read and follow instructions on work orders · Pack, stock, organize, and rearrange products · Operate a pallet jack and forklift (or be willing to learn and be taught) · Maintain inventory and order supplies · Assist in monthly safety inspections and maintain preventive maintenance schedule · Inspect and verify that completed projects meet quality standards · Coordinate with other departments (Customer Service, Production and Art) to resolve issues.  · Ensures that daily housekeeping is maintained Education: High School graduate Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral or in diagram form. Other Skills and Abilities:  Good communication skills are required. Experience using Microsoft products. (Excel, Outlook, Word) Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly be required to stand, and handle merchandise, tools, or computers. The employee must on occasion lift/or move up to 50lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision.
