Landmere is looking for an honest, dependable, mature, career oriented person to operate a commercial landscape maintenance truck serving our commercial landscape customers across DFW. We are looking for long term employees with a good attitude, that's not afraid to get their hands dirty. All work is done outside in almost all types of weather conditions. Lifting requirements are up to 70 lbs. This job is NOT seasonal. We operate ALL YEAR, Monday - Friday. Applicants must be self motivated and have good leadership skills. Bi-lingual is a plus. Must be able to legally work in the US and have a valid drivers license. Must have access to transportation to our facility in Cross Road/Denton. Work hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 to 4:00. This is a year round job. Starting pay is $18+ per hour for an experienced foreman. For a limited time, we are offering a $1,000 sign on bonus. Job duties are: pull a trailer, operating a zero turn mower, shrub trimming, and general landscape duties. Landmere has been serving commercial customers in Fort Worth and Dallas since 1997. Requirements: (3+ years preferred) experience as a lawn care/landscape foreman Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Driver’s License and good driving record Must be able to safely pull a landscape trailer Excellent attention to detail Verbal and written communications skills Good time management skills; be available for long hours all year round Ability to prioritize and multi-task Clean and professional appearance Punctual and dependable
