Multisite Construction Services, Inc. is seeking dependable, hard-working crew leader to join our commercial construction team in the Dallas, TX area. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Commitment to following established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment. Should have own personal protection equipment (PPE). • Layout reference lines and points, compute position of framing and furring channels, and mark position. • Measure and mark cutting lines on framing, drywall, trim, metal framing, ceramic tile and brick. • Install grid system for installation of ceiling gypsum panels. • Install horizontal and vertical studs for interior walls for the attachment of gypsum panel products. • Trim rough edges from wallboard to maintain even joints. • Fit and fasten gypsum panels into the specified position. • Install batt insulation between studs. • Assemble and install metal framing and decorative trim for windows, doorways, and corners. • Perform daily cleanup of work areas. • Responsible for providing own hand tools. SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE: • Experienced crew leader. • Ability to follow blueprints or drawings to complete according to specifications. • Experience in proper operation of a variety of power hand tools. • Following safety protocol and OSHA regulations on a commercial job site. • Attention to detail and desire for quality work. • Basic math skills. Bilingual is Plus. REQUIREMENTS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: • Must have own tools. • Ability to work as a team member. • Reliable means of transportation. • Able to work in all elements of the outdoor environment which include the heat, cold, rain, snow, wind, etc. • Able to access all areas of the jobsite, which include stairs, scaffolding, ladders, elevation changes, etc. • Capable of working in physical positions that may include kneeling, sitting, standing, squatting, bending, stooping, twisting etc. Must be able to move, carry, or position items weighing up to 85 pounds
